    With a growing abundance of relevant pre-clinical and clinical research, the World Health Organization has recently issued positive recommendations regarding cannabidiol (CBD).  In a 2017 meeting held by the WHO, the Expert Committee on Drug Dependence (ECDD) released a fairly positive pre-review of CBD, stating it found no addictive potential and suggesting possible medical benefits
