Feel-Good Veggie Sandwich Recipe
If you’re noticing more than a little soreness and stiffness in your neck and shoulders during the work day, you may have tech neck. This results from the act of stressing muscles while using computers, phones, or tablets. Taking frequent breaks, straightening your posture, and stretching can all help counter the effects of tech neck.
On your next lunch break, try stretching your arms straight up above your head for 30 seconds, then out to the sides for 30 seconds, then arch your head and shoulders back while clasping your hands behind you for 30 seconds. To further reduce minor aches, make sure your lunch includes a little Cani-Mend.
Here’s a great plant-based, lunchtime recipe including Cani-Mend CBD Oil 1500 to keep you feeling your best throughout the day.
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 avocado
- Handful of spinach
- ½ onion
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 full dropper of Cani-Mend CBD Oil 1500, or as desired
Chop spinach and onion to your preferred size, and set aside. Place sourdough bread in the toaster. In a pan, allow olive oil to warm up, and once hot, add in the chopped spinach and onion. Add in salt and pepper and allow to cook.
In the meantime, while it is cooking, slice avocado and put into a mortar and pestle (or use a bowl & fork!). Mash the avocado, and add in lemon juice, salt and pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, and basil. Mash this combination to your preferred consistency. On the toast, place avocado combination on top and spread. Add the cooked veggies on top. Drizzle with the Cani-Mend CBD Oil 1500.
