As an Internet Based Company, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is because of an error that we have made, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs. 

CaniBrands reserves the right to refuse any request for a refund or exchange.

We are incredibly proud of the formulations and quality of the CaniBrands product family experience.  We’re so confident that our products will make a difference for you that if any product doesn’t meet your expectations, we want you to send it back within the first 30 days of delivery and we will happily give you the opportunity to exchange for another product or receive a refund. We make it easy.

All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund, less any shipping charges and a 10% disposal/restock fee.

How to return a product

Contact us within 30 days by email at support@canibrands.com and once confirmed, return the unused portion of the product to Canibrands at 350 Sonic Avenue Livermore, CA 94551 

If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund, less any shipping charges and a 10% disposal/restock fee. 

Allow up to 30 days for processing refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and within 48 hours of receipt so we can make it right.
